Terms of Service for Zen Essence
General Information The owner of the online store www.zenessence.ee (hereinafter "Online Store") is zenessence OÜ (registration number 17283189), located at Võru maakond, Võru vald, Meegomäe küla, Uus-Meegomäe tee 4, 65526. These Terms govern your use of the Site and all purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Validity of Sales Agreement, Products, and Pricing
2.1. These terms apply to all purchases made through the Online Store, ensuring a clear and fair transaction process for both parties.
2.2. All prices are in euros (€), include 24% Estonian VAT, and are displayed next to each product (e.g., Tsuki Glow Lamp). Prices may be subject to change due to market fluctuations or supplier costs, but any confirmed order will honor the price at the time of purchase.
2.3. Shipping costs, which vary by location and method, are additional and shown at checkout. These costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination to provide accurate estimates.
2.4. Product details (materials, dimensions, features) are provided with each item. Images are illustrative; handmade variations may occur due to the artisan nature of our products, such as wood grain differences or slight size adjustments.
Order Processing
3.1. To place an order:
- Add products to your cart.
- Complete required fields (name, address, etc.).
- Select a shipping method.
- Pay via secure options. This process ensures a smooth and secure experience, with real-time updates on availability and totals.
3.2. Payment Methods: Processed by [e.g., Montonio Finance UAB] including Estonian banks (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay) and other EU banks [list as applicable, e.g., Nordea, Danske]. All payments are encrypted and compliant with PSD2 regulations for added security.
3.3. The sales contract is valid upon payment receipt, at which point we will send a confirmation email with order details.
3.4. If items are unavailable, you’ll be notified promptly via email or phone, with full refunds (including shipping) issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
Delivery
4.1. Delivery times are estimated as follows: Within Estonia, up to 9 working days; international (EU), up to 20 calendar days; exceptional cases may take up to 45 calendar days due to supply chain or customs delays. We aim to keep you updated via email throughout the process.
4.2. Shipping is handled by DPD, a reliable courier service. Costs are borne by the buyer and displayed at checkout. We’re not liable for carrier delays or customs issues, but we will assist in resolving any problems.
Returns and Refunds
5.1. You have 14 days from receipt to return unused items in original condition, including packaging and accessories, for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Contact us at [your email] to initiate and receive instructions.
5.2. Consumer-damaged products are not eligible for refund. For shipping or manufacturing defects, notify us immediately with photos for repair or replacement under the 2-year warranty (Directive 1999/44/EC).
5.3. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt, credited to your original method.
Product Use
6.1. Our lamps are for indoor use only, not suitable for outdoor environments or humid rooms (e.g., bathrooms, saunas). Misuse in such conditions may damage the wood (oak, alder, spruce) and kumiko craftsmanship, voiding warranties. For optimal longevity, follow our care guide.
Custom Orders
7.1. Customized lamps (e.g., specific kumiko design) are non-returnable unless defective. Inquire at [email] for options and timelines.
Intellectual Property
8.1. All designs (e.g., kumiko patterns) are Zen Essence’s property. Copying is prohibited.
Personal Data Processing

Final Provisions
