Shipping Policy for Zen Essence

General Information

At Zen Essence, we aim to deliver your handcrafted lamps (e.g., Tsuki Glow, Lagom Glow) promptly and securely. This policy outlines our shipping practices, compliant with EU e-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC) and Estonian consumer laws. Shipping is handled by DPD, a reliable EU carrier.

Shipping Methods and Costs

2.1. We ship to EU countries using DPD's standard tracked services.

2.2. Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method (e.g., €5-€15 within Estonia, €20-€50 for EU). You bear the costs; no hidden fees.

 2.3. For express delivery, extra charges apply only with your explicit consent.

Stock Availability and Production Time

3.1. Some lamps may not be in stock and require time to handcraft, as each is made to order.

3.2. If an item is out of stock, you will be informed via email within 2 business days, including an estimated production time (typically 7-21 days, depending on complexity). 

3.3. You may cancel your order and request a full refund at this stage if the timeline does not suit you. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Delivery Times

4.1. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, plus any production time if applicable.

4.2. Estimated times (after production):

  • Estonia: 5-9 working days.
  • EU: 10-20 calendar days.
  • Maximum: 30-45 days in exceptional cases (e.g., delays, customs). 4.3. We deliver within 30 days unless agreed otherwise, per EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Tracking and Updates

5.1. You’ll receive a tracking number via email upon shipment.

5.2. We’re not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs fees—track your order directly with DPD.

International Shipping

6.1. For non-EU destinations, contact est.zenessence@gmail.com for availability. Additional duties/taxes are your responsibility.

Limitations and Liability

7.1. We’re not responsible for incorrect address details—double-check at checkout.

7.2. For damaged items upon arrival, notify us within 7 days with photos for replacement per our Returns Policy.

7.3. Lamps are for indoor use only; misuse voids any claims.
