At Zen Essence, we are committed to your satisfaction with our handcrafted lamps. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your package. Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and components (such as the cotton bag and electrical parts).
  • We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged by the consumer, including any wear from use, mishandling, or improper installation. If the item arrives damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects, please notify us immediately with photos for a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Shipping and Costs:

  • Returns must be shipped back to us at your expense. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process a full refund to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping fees.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days of approval.
